Setup tasks with ease

The global tasks feature allows you to setup common tasks for all projects like meetings and other activities which exists in all projects. You can setup common tasks in one place and they appear in all existing and future projects automatically. Once added in a project, these tasks function as normal tasks and the time reported on these tasks is calculated on project basis. During setup you can also specify if the task is billable or not.

This feature is very useful if you have the same set of activities / tasks for each project. Using the Global Tasks feature (which is available under "Settings") you can setup all such common activites once and they will automatically appear in all existing and future projects. Your team members can use these tasks to report their project time.
