Zapier Integration


Timebeans is integrated with Zapier which enables access to your Timebeans events and actions to and from thousands of other applications. You can link the following events (triggers) and actions to and from other applications to automate your workflows.

Timebeans Events (Triggers)

New Project Created
Triggers when a new project is created in which you are a member.

New Task Created
Triggers when a new task is created in a project in which you are a member.

New Client Created
Triggers when a new client is created. You must be in a project manager or a higher role to use this event/trigger.

New Timesheet Entry Created
Triggers when you create a new timesheet entry in Timebeans.

New Expense Entry Created
Triggers when you create a new expense entry in Timebeans.

This action will create a new expense entry in Timebeans.

Create New Task
This action will create a new task in Timebeans. You must be in a project manager or a higher role to use this action.
